Pilates & Sea Kayaking Retreat
Keren Patzia welcomes you to her special paradise called Paros Island in Greece, creating a unique retreat combining activities for the mind, body and soul, on land and on sea. This Retreat combines Classical Pilates and Sea Kayaking excursions.
Paros is situated in the center of the Cyclades group of islands in the heart of the Aegean Sea. It’s a beautiful island known for its alternative and sporty character, gastronomy, picturesque villages and nightlife. Paros big advantage is the fact that one can find what he/she looks for in his/her vacations, more tranquility and touch with nature or a more cosmopolitan and social interaction. At the end of September the peak tourist season has finished, the island is quieter, the sea is warm and the strong summer winds have settled down, for many it’s the ideal time of year to visit the island.
The daily Pilates sessions are hosted by Keren Patzia and are mat and equipment based on the original classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates.
Through these you will deepen your knowledge and understanding on the two way stretch and the importance of movement and flow in your body.
The picturesque coastline of Paros island is best explored with a sea kayak. The kayaking day trips include 2 stops where a snack and lunch made of fresh Paros products is offered while you can also swim, snorkel or just relax and sun bathe on the beach. The trips are guided by Alex Panagakos, a certified kayaking guide who is there to share his local cultural and ecological knowledge of Paros and make sure you have a memorable kayaking day.
